(3).If the merchandise of our company appeared quality problem with no doults,we should recovery all in time and and compensate the lose to sole agent.
(4)Our company should award the qualification of sole agent to sole agent side and public in official website.
   Beside this,our company and sales agent must carry out an agent contract which have been agreed by both sides and depicts details for both sides rights and obligations,also within clearly norm to control both sides bussiness activities.
